1 Jun 2009 (from 9am) Applicants submitting request for re-prioritization of programme choices can check their time-slot for submission on the online application system from this date onwards
29 Jun 2009 (5pm) Last date to submit supporting documents for Additional Qualifications to the JUPAS Office
29 Jun 2009 (11:59pm) Last date to submit Additional Qualifications via the web
30 Jun 2009* Announcement of the 2009 HKALE results by HKEAA
1-3 Jul 2009* Applicants will be allowed to re-prioritize their study programme choices according to their own allotted time-slot via the web
22 Jul 2009 Applicants will be informed by the JUPAS Office whether or not they receive an offer under the Sub-system for Applicants with a Disability

Announcement of the 2009 Main Round Offer Results via websites of the JUPAS Office and the 9 participating-institutions, JUPAS 24-hour hotline and notice board of the JUPAS Office

29 Jul 2009 (from 9am) - 30 Jul 2009 (by 6pm)* Applicants to confirm acceptance of Main Round Offer by paying the prescribed fee via the web. (Details will be announced at the JUPAS website nearer the time)
31 Jul - 1 Aug 2009 (12:30pm)* Applicants with HKALE overall grades revised as a result of appeal may apply to the JUPAS Office in person for reconsideration of offer / "better" offer(s)
5-6 Aug 2009 (12 noon)*
