The Chinese University of Hong Kong will organize the 2008 Orientation Day for Undergraduate Admissions on Saturday, 4 October 2008 from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on the University campus in Shatin.

The event will provide students with comprehensive information about the degree programmes, curriculum, facilities as well as the latest development of the University. All Faculties and Colleges will be open. The highlights of the Orientation Day include:

1. Admission Talk at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall (10:00am - 11:00am) comprising:
   • General introduction to the University
   • Statistics on student admissions
   • Information on various admission schemes including JUPAS, School Principals' Nominations, Self-recommendation Scheme and Early Admissions Scheme
   • Students' experience sharing
     
     
2. Question and Answer Sessions at Y C Liang Hall (1:00pm - 2:00pm and 4:00pm - 5:00pm) for JUPAS and EAS applicants.
