1 What should applicants do if they forget their login names?

3 What should applicants do if they wish to change the login name?
The login names CANNOT be altered once the JUPAS accounts are created. Applicants are not allowed to change the login names even if they cancelled their JUPAS accounts. Therefore, applicants are advised to carefully select the login name when creating their JUPAS accounts.
