About JUPAS
Introduction
Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS) is a scheme and the main route of application designed to assist local students with Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination results (past and / or current) to apply for admission to the following programmes:
University Grants Committee (UGC)-funded Programmes

UGC-funded full-time bachelor's degree programmes offered by the following 8 UGC-funded institutions:

UGC-funded full-time higher diploma programme offered by EdUHK;
Self-financing Programmes

Self-financing full-time bachelor's degree programmes offered by Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU); and
Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors (SSSDP) Programmes

Subsidised places of designated first-year-first-degree programmes offered by the SSSDP institutions.

Applicants need to submit only ONE application to be considered by all the above programmes.
The following programmes are NOT covered by the JUPAS scheme:
I. The self-financing programmes offered by the 8 UGC-funded institutions listed in 1. above;
II. The part-time programmes and senior-year admissions offered by the 8 UGC-funded institutions listed in 1. and HKMU listed in 3.; and
III. All other programmes not under JUPAS by HKMU and the SSSDP institutions listed in 3. and 4. above.
If applicants are interested in the programmes (I. to III. above), they are required to apply directly to the respective institutions. The 9 JUPAS participating-institutions and the SSSDP institutions would be pleased to answer enquiries in respect of such programmes.
