-
Applicants' JUPAS accounts;
-
Email#^; and
-

Each successful applicant will be given only ONE offer / "better" offer from their CONFIRMED programme choice list. It is the BEST AND ONLY, FINAL offer in the same academic year (2026 – 2027) and is the programme of the highest possible priority on the applicant's programme choice list. The offer / "better" offer could be:
-
a UGC-funded programme, OR
-
an HKMU self-financing programme, OR
-
an SSSDP programme.
Once applicants are given "better" offers, their original Main Round offers will be withdrawn immediately regardless of whether they accept or decline such offers (i.e. whether they have paid the acceptance fee of HK$5,000 / indicated their acceptance of the "better" offers via their JUPAS accounts, or completed their registration / enrolment procedures at the institutions offering them admission).
Applicants who are given offers / "better" offers after Reconsideration will NOT be reconsidered for admission to any other programmes under JUPAS in the same academic year (2026 – 2027).
For more information, please refer to the Summary of Announcement and Acceptance of Offers Arrangements.
Please note that successful applicants with outstanding fees from their previous studies at any of the JUPAS participating-institutions or SSSDP institutions may be required to settle the balance before being permitted to enroll in the offered programmes if they are offered admission to the same institutions. Such applicants should contact the respective institutions for information.
Successful applicants who wish to retain a record of their offer results should log in to their JUPAS accounts on or before 27 August 2026 (2:00 pm).
To accept the offers / "better" offers, successful applicants MUST complete the following procedures according to their status:
Such applicants MUST indicate their acceptance of the "better" offers by 20 August 2026 (5:00 pm)* via their JUPAS accounts. They NEED NOT pay the acceptance fee again for the "better" offers. The JUPAS Office will then arrange for the transfer of the acceptance fee from the Main Round offers to the "better" offers.
Applicants who have accepted their Main Round offers may be required by some institutions to pay tuition fee and / or enrolment deposit before the announcement of offer results for Reconsideration (20 August 2026 (9:00 am)*). Such applicants who wish to accept the "better" offers may request for a full refund of the tuition fee and / or enrolment deposit paid for the Main Round offers. Please note that some SSSDP institutions may charge an administrative fee for each refund request. Applicants should contact the respective institutions directly for further information or queries regarding the refund matters.

Such applicants MUST pay an acceptance fee of HK$5,000 by 20 August 2026 (5:00 pm)* via one of the channels listed in the section Channels and Procedures for Payment of Acceptance Fee.
